I ordered from Simplay3, but the item wasn’t going to be a good fit for what we needed, so I ended up asking for a refund.

Customer service did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I had to check in a couple of times, which made the whole thing feel like it needed a little nudging to keep moving.

The refund did eventually show up, so I can’t say it ended badly. I might order from them again, just probably not if timing mattered much.

I had to return it and, well, actually the whole thing was super quick. They sorted it out without any fuss, which was a nice surprise

I ordered from Simplay3, and overall the experience was okay. The item did show up safely, which is the main thing, so I can’t really complain too much there.

For me, the shipping just felt a little slower than I had in mind. I’m probably used to orders moving faster, so waiting on this one made it feel like it dragged a bit, and the tracking updates didn’t really help much.

The product arrived in good condition, so I’m not upset about the order itself. I’d just give it 3 stars because, from my experience, the shipping speed could definitely be better.

I didn’t really have to sit there guessing what went where, which I appreciated. It did take a little bit of time, but it wasn’t frustrating or anything. Overall I’m really happy with it

The plastic feels thick and sturdy, and so far my kids haven’t managed to break it or anything. Seems like good stuff...

The box showed up a little dented, kind of like a few packages I’ve gotten before when they’ve had a rough trip. Nothing too terrible, but the packaging was just okay.

The size was right on. Compared to some other clothes I’ve ordered that run too small or too loose, this one fit me just the way I expected.

I ordered this a little while ago, or maybe it was just last week, honestly I’m losing track, but when it showed up, it looked just like the photos and description. The size, colors, and small details were all what I expected. No weird surprises, which was a nice change and definitely appreciated

I’m convinced this stuff is built to last forever. It feels super sturdy, the quality is clearly there, and after using it, I have zero doubt it’s going to hold up really well.

I bought a kids table from Simplay3 kind of on a whim, i’m glad I did. As soon as I set it up, I was like, oh wow, this is actually way sturdier than I expected for the price. It doesn’t feel flimsy at all, and wiping it down is super easy.

Shipping was totally fine and there were no weird issues. My kids are at this thing every single day, and somehow it still looks good. I’d definitely order from them again.

I got the confirmation email fast too. Weird detail, but I remember I was eating pretzels while ordering and didn’t even have time to finish the handful before the email came through. I feel good having this around my toddler. It’s sturdy, doesn’t wobble, and I haven’t found any sharp corners, which is the first thing I check now. Toddlers somehow find danger in everything, including a cardboard box, so that’s saying something. Anyway, this has been a solid buy and gives me a bit more peace of mind

I bought one of their outdoor pieces for the kids, and I’ll be honest, I didn’t fully trust that it would last. I’ve had enough outdoor stuff start fading, cracking, or looking cheap after a few weeks that I’m skeptical now. But this stayed outside through rain, strong sun, and a few windy days, and it still looks good. No weird fading or cracking so far, and it’s easy to wipe down when it gets dirty. I’m still a little cautious, but so far I’m happy with it.

My order did show up eventually, but it arrived later than the time they originally gave me. Customer service did respond when I reached out, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, it’s annoying how the delivery policy seems to have these little loopholes where they can be late but it doesn’t really count as a problem. Overall, not terrible, just kind of frustrating...

The pieces actually lined up the way they were supposed to, and the instructions were easy to follow, which is not always the case with stuff like this. I didn’t need a pile of tools, and it took me less time than I thought it would. Once it was all assembled, it felt really sturdy too. Based on my experience, I’m really happy with it.

I somehow managed to lose a couple pieces from our Simplay3 toy and was ready to dramatically declare the whole thing ruined forever. Thankfully, they had replacement parts available! Ordering was super easy, the pieces fit perfectly, and it saved me from having to buy the entire thing all over again. Absolute relief!
